It includes 11 ha in total including 10 ha of AOP St Chinian vines in good condition.
The grape varieties include 4 ha of Syrah, 1.3 ha of Grenache, 1.1 ha of Mourvèdre, 3.4 ha of Carignan and 0.3 ha of Rolle (White).

The buildings include a winery with a capacity of 1,778 hl, located in the village with 2 buildings organized around an outdoor courtyard.

The cellar is functional. The redone electricity and effluent recovery is carried out in underground tanks.

The first building of about 200 m², with one floor (wooden floor) includes a concrete vat room coated with epoxy and equipped with fixed flags and stainless steel hatches.
An intermediate courtyard separates it from the 2nd building:
With a surface area of 110 m² on the ground, it has a floor with concrete floor and it would be possible to make a housing upstairs.
