This beautiful village house is located in a small street in the medieval town of Saint Antonin Noble Val. The house overlooks a square and offers magnificent views over the valley and the village.
The house is composed of a double garage, two apartments, one of which with a large loft of 40m².
One enters the house through a room used as an entrance hall with a large window overlooking the square, once there was a small shop. At the back of this room is a laundry room and the entrance to the double garage and the cellar.
Stairs to the first floor, which leads to a beautiful open courtyard with the entrance to the first apartment. The first apartment is rented on a seasonal basis. This apartment consists of a living room open to the kitchen, with two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and washbasin.
