 The 120 m2 of living space are spread over a single level where an independent T1, under vaults, is now arranged as summer accommodation: without heating, but with comfort, and where the freshness of the period walls remains a real attraction. A cellar, also vaulted, is located just before the entrance.
 The dressed stone stairs lead to the second level, and join a covered outdoor terrace, of 35 m2. There is a washhouse of yesteryear, still fed by spring water. In a corner, a shower and toilet also refurbished. 
 To your right, the front door, equipped with double glazing - like all the joinery of the building - opens onto the living room/kitchen. The installation of the wall slabs delights the eye, and we note that the floor is insulated with wood fiber under the floor. The heat is the order of the day.
 On the upper level, two beautiful bedrooms are separated by a glass wall that allows you to enjoy additional light. A charming bathroom, with toilet, is very practical upstairs.
