The exterior space is not a proper balcony so visitors are asked to be extremely cautious when outside. Flowers availability depends on season. Photos of flowers are non contractual It is equipped with a small table to have a coffee or breakfast. The neighborhood is typically Parisian with lots of boulangeries, bars, restaurants and local groceries - 10 minutes walking from famous Republique square and canal St Martin. Close to Exhibition center Atelier de Lumière and the famous Pere Lachaise cemetery.
