We provide all the needed household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner), in the entrance of your flat. The understated and chic decoration had been chosen in order to allow each coliver to add their own style to it and feel at home. Located in a quiet residence, the apartment is secured with connected locks. It is close to shops and restaurants. If you have a car, you can park it in one of the many parking spaces available for rent. In coliving, your flat is an all-rental costs inclusive : water, electricity, gas, internet and house insurance. Do not forget, all of our rental bedrooms are eligible for APL (housing aid), depending on the CAFs r Check-in/out is possible on weekends with an additional payment of 70 - Once the booking has been confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the documents requested by the owner (to the owner).
