The residence has 150 studios spread over 60 cottages on a large 12-hectare estate on the edge of the Amboise forest. Each accommodation has a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed and a kitchenette. The bathroom and the toilet are separate. The cleaning is done once a week with the change of sheets and towels. Reception is available when needed, as is technical service.
