On the Cotentin peninsula, with grounds of more than 2,000 m², a former presbytery and its outbuilding, to be restored. Built on grassy land, which is entirely enclosed with a tall granite stone wall, and a line of young evergreen oak trees, the edifice neighbours a 13th-century church as well as the vestiges of a fortified medieval castle, whose tower is still standing. The church, like the castle, are listed historical monuments. The rectangular presbytery dating from the end of the 19th century was built out of rubble stone and covered with a coat of cement, while its corners show glimpses of dressed granite. Its recently redone hipped slate roof is crowned with two tall symmetrical chimneys and its roof ridge is decorated with two finials. The house's main entrance is located on the garden level of the northern façade and is framed by two windows, while three windows cadence the upstairs level. The southern façade includes three French doors on the garden level and three windows upstairs. Wooden louvred shutters protect the windows, which are surmounted by lintels. The western façade faces an outbuilding, surrounded by a stone wall that connects it to the house.
