Upstairs: a large landing leading to two bedrooms, each with an independent bathroom and a large room with bay window that can be used as a meeting room for various activities. The three rooms on the first floor open onto an outdoor wooden terrace that runs along the entire south façade.

The cottage of approx. 50M² built in wood on a cellar with a well comprises: an open room with a kitchen area and a Jotul wood stove as well as a bed for 4 people with a bathroom, a small veranda and a raised terrace that gives direct access to the garden.

A garden implemented according to the principles of agroecology and permaculture:
A vegetable garden of about 2000m², permaculture mounds planted with strawberry plants, a garden-forest area under construction, a mushroom crop, about twenty fruit trees of all kinds, raspberries on 2x30m and other crops of various small fruits and a wide variety of aromatic plants.

A fenced chicken coop of approx. 90M², a 20m² greenhouse and garden shed, as well as a covered terrace with a terracotta bread oven and a wood-burning stove.

Rooms and tables d'hôtes, rental of the cottage, animation of vegetarian cooking workshop, animation of day picking and cooking of wild plants, school reception, processing and sale of farm products.
