30 minutes from Le Touquet and 10 minutes from the sea, an old farmhouse, its outbuildings and its 4.5 ha park. The first traces of the old farmhouse date back to the 15th century, but discoveries show that the site had already been occupied since antiquity.
The property can be seen from a path surrounded by two outbuildings. All the buildings are organized around a vast square courtyard partly enclosed by the buildings. 
With a surface area of approximately 145 m², the main house is built on two levels. The walls are partly rendered and partly brick. It is surmounted by a roof pierced by Jacobin dormers. Its facades are perforated with windows equipped with large-paned windows protected by wooden shutters. The building enjoys full exposure due to its L-shape. 
To the south, there is a garden partly enclosed by an old brick wall. A passageway provides access to a pond as well as the vast meadows that extend around the property.
