This old farmhouse is located in the heart of a small hamlet of a few houses just a few kilometers from the village of Penne and the village of St Antonin Noble Val. The house benefits from beautiful volumes, with beautiful high-ceilinged rooms and a convertible attic of 135m². The house does not have a garden, however all around is communal pasture. On the other hand, there is a terrace located at the back.

This old farmhouse was entirely built in limestone which gives it a remarkable character. The house needs to be renovated but the roof is in good condition.
