In Beaugency, nestled in the Loire Valley, an occupied life annuity composed of two separate houses and their garden. The property is accessible by a wooden gate. The harmonious building, built over two levels, is characterised by whitewashed exposed stone façades crowned with tile roofs whose colour contrasts with the whiteness of the walls.
