The second wing comprises a vast 180 m2 hangar.<br /><br />The winery closes off the central courtyard to the north. It is a traditional-style winery with a total capacity of 12 000 hl in a range of cement, stainless steel, enameled steel and fiberglass tanks. The winery is very well equipped with a tubular heat exchange unit, double pneumatic press, temperature control, rotary vacuum filter…<br />A magnificent wine shop was constructed in 2016 from local stone.<br /><br />Certified as being of 'High Environmental Value', the estate spreads over 90 contiguous hectares and comprises 77 ha of vineyard as follows :<br /><br />- AOP Cotes du Rhone Villages : 60,6 ha<br />- AOP Cotes du Rhone : 0,2 ha<br />- AOP Costieres de Nimes : 9,13 ha<br />- IGP : 7 ha<br /><br />The vines are planted in high quality rolled pebble soil from the quaternary era (Villafranchian), similar to the revered terroir of Chateauneuf-du-Pape.<br /><br />The vineyard is regularly renewed with around 22 ha of vines being planted in the last 10 years.
