Vassivière and its beautiful yachting lake is about 5 minutes away by car and the village of Nedde, on which the property depends, is also 5 minutes away. The village has an elementary school and local shops. The small market town of Eymoutiers is about fifteen minutes away and Limoges is just an hour's drive away.
