This charming house is located in a small hamlet near the medieval village of Najac. It comprises a spacious main house with garden and terrace and a separate guest house.

The street access leads to the first room, which is used as a bedroom and also has a separate toilet and shower room. A staircase leads up to the first floor, where there is a simple kitchen and a sitting room with a wood-burning stove. This room has Velux windows bringing in plenty of light.

From the kitchen there is access to a balcony, from which you can walk out onto the terrace of the main house.

The total surface area of the garden is 4733m², most of which is behind the house, with various terraces as most of it is on a slope. There are also non-adjoining plots.

The property is full of character and the guest house could be rented independently for seasonal rental.
