On the site of a very old site since it has been attested since the Merovingian period, this beautiful ensemble is established on a spur of the Cher valley from which the wide panorama extends over the bocage. The castle was built at the end of the nineteenth century in the neo-Renaissance style. It consists of a massive main building flanked to the north-west by a stairway turret and to the south-east by two turrets topped with a pepper pot. The raised ground floor rests on low rooms. It is accessed by a staircase with stone railings. A projection with twin windows, an arch and pinnacles highlights the entrance.
