At the gates of Montauban, a bright guest house in an 18th century farmhouse, its pleasure garden with multiple perspectives, its swimming pool and its outbuildings. Surrounded by a fence, the property is accessible by a path bordered by a wide boxwood hedge. The latter leads to a gate and an entrance gate framed by low white walls topped with terracotta slabs, which open onto a gravelled and wooded esplanade. From there, the main building can be reached on its different sides. Composed of an old farmhouse, raised by one level and topped with a gable roof of canal tiles, it has facades pierced by straight windows of various sizes. All framed by white facing stones, they are protected to the north by red-painted wooden shutters. At the back is a series of two single-storey outbuildings, protected by gabled roofs of canal tiles.Planted with trees of multiple species and embellished with flowers and groves of aromatics, the garden houses various lounges set up on gravelled terraces, made of wood or grass, as well as a pond, a vegetable garden and a swimming pool.
