Located between Monségur and Sauveterre-de-Guyenne, this beautiful vineyard occupies a commanding position with stunning views over the valley. All the plots are adjoining, and at the heart of the vineyard stands the stone Maison de Maitre.

The Maison de Maitre has retained all its charm. Facing southeast, it is welcoming and bright. On the ground floor, it features a 16 m² entrance hall with original tiles, a spacious 51 m² living area that includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room with an open fireplace and exposed stone walls. On the other side of the entrance, there is a 20 m² bedroom, and towards the back, a bathroom and separate WC.

Upstairs, there is a first bedroom of 22 m², a bathroom with Wc, and two other large bedrooms of 26 m² and 24 m². The last bedroom has a door leading to a staircase that descends to the cellar.
