Beautiful authentic village farm in a quiet street in the international village of Melay in the Haute-Marne. The house has been kept authentic, with its beautiful fireplace, old cupboards, pointed stone walls and wooden floors. On the first floor there are 2 large bedrooms and a small new bathroom. In the attic there is a gigantic space divided in two and again a small bathroom. Attached to the house is a huge barn with a beautiful round gate, by the way, you can also enter the barn from the house. A kind of play attic has been created on the first floor in the barn. Through the barn you enter the elongated backyard with enormous canopy. Here is the lounge area of the house. It's a nice place to be on a summer's evening. The entire garden is completely enclosed for a truly private feeling. Through the gate at the back over a small pathway there is another piece of land thats include in the sale. There is a small shed here. In short: a beautiful old farmhouse transformed into a large summer holiday home. The house is fully equipped, but not yet completely finished.
