The main house.
You enter the spacious living room, which is divided into several areas: the modern, recently fitted kitchen, which opens onto the cosy sitting room with its wood-burning stove. Then there's the dining room. 
The living room has electric underfloor heating and a wood-burning insert.
From the kitchen, a door leads to a corridor housing the utility room, a separate Wc and the staircase to the first floor.
Upstairs, a corridor leads to a spacious bathroom with double washbasins, walk-in shower, large corner bath and WC.
The corridor then leads to the spacious master bedroom with reversible air conditioning, and the bathroom is also accessible from this bedroom.
Finally, there is a second spacious bedroom.
The central heating connected to the radiators is supplied by a gas tank. In addition, a reversible heat pump has been installed in the living room and master bedroom.

The gîte
This gîte is very well let during the summer months and has its own parking, access and private swimming pool. At the front of the gîte is a terrace overlooking the pool.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, a separate Wc and a shower room with walk-in shower, washbasins and WC.

The outbuildings.
There is a first garage which is accessible on the street side, then there is a second garage next to the main house. There is also a spacious workshop separating the main house from the gîte.
In the garden is a wooden shed large enough to park a car and store wood. Then there are two sheds housing the pool filtration system and garden equipment storage.
