Between the Brionnais and Bourbonnais areas, a 19th-century manor house, with outbuildings in more than 4, 000 m of grounds. The property is situated on the outskirts of a village and stands out thanks to its surrounding walls and stone pillars which frame a wrought iron entrance gate, behind which stands the imposing bourgeois manor house built in the late 19th century for one of the region's grandees. Set apart, the outbuilding can be reached through a separate courtyard. The grounds spread out to the east and south, opposite wooded meadows stretching out to the horizon. Significant restoration work, supported by the French heritage agency Fondation du Patimoine, has been carried out to the highest standards over the last five years, particularly the roof, sewage system and part of the finishings. Some work is still required to improve the building's comfort, such as changing the windows or renovating the shower rooms.
