It includes an entrance lobby, well equipped kitchen, sitting-room with a fireplace, 1 bedroom with en-suite shower-room on the ground floor. Stairs to a landing with an alcôve area (single bed) and door to a dormitary for 5 persons (pilgrims/walkers) plus a shower-room on the first floor. On the garden level downstairs, there is a large laundry room
- Armagnac is a B&B suite and includes a sitting area with doors to a private terrace overlooking the internal courtyard, a mezzanine bedroom and a shower room
- Aliénor is the second entirely equipped self-cartering house with sitting area, kitchen/dining and wood burning stove on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms and a shower-romm on the 1st floor and a 3rd bedroom above.


Within the grounds, separate grange and a smaller building (both to be renovated).
Land : 9ha with garden, woods, meadows, ponds.
Adjacent to the main buildings, there is a tank for rain water (approx 70 cubic meters)
