Rehabilitation project for this beautiful building benefiting from a double purpose. The Chteau is divided into two parts, the central part and its left wing for an area of 600 m on 3 levels built on cellars. The size of the rooms varies from 11 m to 58 m. The configuration has beautiful characteristics: parquet floors, woodwork, fireplaces, volumes, ...A third building used as a warehouse, with a floor area of 800 m on two levels, i.e. 1, 600 m, is located to the left of the Castle. It benefits from a large load-bearing capacity (former wine warehouse) and a high ceiling, with a freight elevator. It could be rehabilitated into housing. The whole is erected on a plot of approximately 2, 670 m that can accommodate between 20 and 30 vehicles. The major works were carried out in 2006/07: roof monitoring, double glazed joinery.
