Rehabilitation project for this beautiful building benefiting from a double purpose. 
The Château is divided into two parts, the central part and its left wing for an area of 600 m² on 3 levels built on cellars. The size of the rooms varies from 11 m² to 58 m². The configuration has beautiful characteristics: parquet floors, woodwork, fireplaces, volumes, ...
A third building used as a warehouse, with a floor area of 800 m² on two levels, i.e. 1,600 m², is located to the left of the Castle. It benefits from a large load-bearing capacity (former wine warehouse) and a high ceiling, with a freight elevator. It could be rehabilitated into housing. 
The whole is erected on a plot of approximately 2,670 m² that can accommodate between 20 and 30 vehicles.
