A 19th century manor house and its outbuildings in need of renovation, on an estate of more than 30 hectares, near Chinon, in the Vienne department. A small road leads to the locality, which comprises just the farm and the manor house. It is first of all the farm that comes into view, followed by the manor house on its island, surrounded by a water-filled moat. The woodland stretches out at the bottom end of the garden.
