A former presbytery, its outbuildings and wall-enclosed garden in a small charming village near Lisieux, 200 kilometres from Paris. Frozen in time, the village in which the property is located has no shops, but does contain the altarpiece, sculpture and painting of its church, listed as a Historical Monument since 1907. Near the church, a manor house was built on a feudal mound, the origins of which go back to the 16th century, while the surrounding area is mostly rural with farms and pastures interspersed with woodland.
