Eureka offers you on the heights of Limoux this eco-place with an area of 7 hectares, currently devoted to equestrian tourism. It has an agricultural house of 50 m2, a barn of 35 m2, 4 huts for horses and 2 large cisterns (3 times 5000m3) for recovering rainwater. Part of the farm has been planted with fruit trees (apple trees, pear trees, plum trees ~80 trees, apricot trees and cherry trees ~10, fig trees 2 80 vines of muscat primeur, olive trees and 1st choice almond trees). The farm is equipped with city water and connected to mains drainage. Electricity is provided by solar panels however, the electric meter is available at the entrance of the property. These lands are not yet constructible but are ideally suited for a large eco-agricultural project or equestrian tourism. The view of the Pyrenees is breathtaking and it is very close to amenities and transport.
