A former presbytery from the 19th century, converted into a comfortable family house with a garden, nestled in Burgundy, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris. This former presbytery stands in the middle of its walled garden. When you step through the property's wooden entrance gate, the edifice towers in front of you. Its facade is plain with a symmetrical arrangement of windows. Pale rendering coats the stone facade, which has a neatly organised design. A hipped roof of Burgundy tiles crowns the edifice. The windows that punctuate the elevations are slightly arched. They are fitted with wooden shutters and are set in ashlar surrounds. A base course and two stringcourses run around the elevations, at the top of which there is a cornice with mouldings. Exposed ashlar forms the quoins. The square building has a ground floor, a first floor and a second floor in the roof space. It offers a 200m floor area. To the east of the entrance court, there is a long building made up of different outhouses, each of which has openings with ashlar surrounds and a two-slope roof of Burgundy tiles. These outhouses need to be renovated. They offer a range of possibilities for development. For example, they could be turned into a workshop or a guesthouse.
