Site classified as a Historic Monument. 1 hour from Toulouse at the foot of the Pyrenees, 14th century Cistercian abbey (ruins) and 19th century castle (burned in 1997) built on the old abbey church, on 17 ha (10.81 of wood, 5.19 of meadows and 1 ha buildable).<br />Entrance to the property is via a path lined with plane trees via a quiet secondary road. Made abbey built by Eléonore de Comminges, the mother of Gaston Fébus. The courtyard of the abbey is 690 m2. The old registered sheepfolds which partition the courtyard are 1,200 m2. The unregistered castle has 1,500 m2 of living space.<br />A 5 x 20 m swimming pool is located on the terrace facing the castle, facing South-West.
