In the Gers, at the gates of a city of character, a manor house has just been renovated and its vast outbuildings in the centre of 7.5 ha of meadows crossed by a river. Ideally located in the countryside but only a few minutes' drive from the first shops, the manor house is located in the centre of its land, mainly composed of two vast meadows crossed by a partly channelled river up to a moat which underlines the terrace in front of the house. Two alleys lead to the various buildings. The first runs along the watercourse to the porch of the main house. The second rises from the fields to an entrance on the outbuilding side, marked by two high stone walls. The property is bordered below by a departmental road. Built on a holy motte in the 11th century. From the parish of Camarade, the current building is adorned with the attributes of the Carthusian monastery remodelled in the 18th century. Built according to an L-shaped plan, the main building rises on two levels under the roof. Flanked by a two-storey square tower to the west, it houses two dwellings for a total surface area of more than 560 m². A second stone building stands on the other side of the moat, at right angles to the manor house. In its extension, a barn of impressive proportions accommodates horse boxes and an awning completes its east façade. Further on, on two levels, a stone house built according to an L-shaped plan is waiting to be renovated in accordance with the building permit filed. The roofs have been recently renovated or redesigned.
