This old walnut oil mill nestled in a quiet valley has kept its charm of yesteryear.

A pleasant garden is accessible on the back of the house by a wooden pontoon. The terrace overlooking it allows you to enjoy its relief in the hollow of a valley due west.

There is an existing water right on the stream that runs through the garden (its flow has never been dry but it is reduced in summer).

A reach on the other side of the road along the property brings water through a spillway behind the house (it will be cleaned).

The nearest neighbors are about fifty meters away, they are the only ones. The environment is isolated a few kilometers from the village. . Located at 600 meters above sea level.

Located at an altitude of 600 metres, it is an element of the local built heritage that could be preserved by directing it towards other uses: residential, tourism, beekeeping...
