Old adobe farmhouse, with three semi-detached dwellings on two levels, for a living area of more than 340 m².
Numerous renovations required for the homes: reroofing, insulation, electricity, individual sanitation, etc.

Outbuildings extend the dwellings in an L-shape, some spaces have been converted into a workshop and storeroom.
Exploitation:
An old rammed earth barn completes the building, although it is badly deteriorated (reframing and roof required). However, adjustments may be made, particularly for the development of a small agricultural activity. 
Land:
The property is completed to the north of the building by a fenced meadow, bordered by hedges. The current owners have planted an orchard.
Depending on the project, the area of land may be reduced.
