This delightful former water mill in its gentle green valley near Réalmont, Albi and Toulouse in southern France is genuinely worth a visit to appreciate its peace and its potential. The main house is the converted mill building. 

An accessible ground-floor bedroom with large wet room is ideal for those with mobility issues.

Beyond the main house, we have three further accommodations.

The extensive grounds offer a secluded haven of peace with vast, gently sloping lawns, cherry orchards and productive vegetable garden. Plenty of space for horses or other animals (alpacas? goats?).
A dip in the heated salt swimming pool is sure to be welcome during a day in the sun.
