In terms of surface area, we are on a T4/5 house of 120m (on the ground, elongated, arms crossed), but with 103m in living space according to the diagnostician. In the past, they were two separate houses, but since 2002-2003, the owners have put everything together and renovated. Last brushstrokes in 2014, so no big work to be planned, just a few refreshments and adjustments to make it to your liking. Roof redone in 2008, electricity from 20 years ago (a little check-up won't hurt), attic converted and insulated in 2008, general insulation done in December 2005. In terms of amenities, Tanus offers some essential services, including school. For all the necessities of daily life (and avoid surviving only thanks to the neighbors' eggs), head to Valence-d'Albigeois or Carmaux. On the leisure side... You can always try your hand at 'fly trapping' or organise a duel to count the number of tractors that pass by during the day. Thrills guaranteed. All for 98, 000 Eur, a ridiculous property tax of 278 Eur, and zero worries about termites, lead or asbestos (it's a gift).
