The house is located along a quiet road in a small hamlet, not far from the town of Digoin where all amenities are present, even a train station, from where you can go to Le Creusot to take the Tgv. In the hamlet itself there is a small bar-restaurant with bread depot.
The house includes a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. Everything is on the ground floor. There are several outbuildings and barns. And a real wine cellar where wine barrels were once stored. The old press and the large barrel in which the grapes were stored after the harvest are also still there. The attic is also convertible.
