A 16th century manor house in perfect condition, its outbuilding and its 10 ha of free land in the Cotentin region, a few kilometres from the western coast of France. From the small road, two stone pillars extended by low walls provide access to a vast gravel area in front of the manor house. It includes a hedged parking area. The manor house and two outbuildings sit in the middle of large lawns, bordered by hedges of tall trunks, brightened up by a few large conifers, chestnut and cherry trees.
