The house does need refreshing in a number of ways, as does the garden.Access and commoditiesThe house is located in the commune of La Croisille-sur-Briance, just a few minutes' walk from the village centre with all basic amenities, a local school and a neighbourhood pub. On the 18th of the month, when the Foire is held in the village attracting many people from the surrounding area, you will not notice any of the crowds because of its location. The house is just over 10 minutes from the shopping villages of Chteauneuf-la-Fort and Saint Germain les Belles. Both villages have a swimming lake, a campsite, a large supermarket and a collge. Limoges city centre is about a 40-minute drive away.
