The house consists of two floors where on the ground floor you have an open kitchen and a cosy bright living room, as well as a bathroom with Wc, while one floor up has two bedrooms, a lounge and a bathroom with Wc. Adjacent to all bedrooms there are balconies, one of them facing east while the other runs around the south to west part of the house towards the garden. There are 3 good storage rooms adjacent to the house. The house has been continuously renovated and refreshed over the last 20 years.
The garden is about 200 m2, very cosy and comfortable with lots of greenery, Mediterranean plants and trees. There are several terraces for different purposes, barbecue, dinner tables, sun loungers and evening drinks.
