There is a septic tank system and water, electricity and internet connections. There is also a private spring that provides enough water all year round for sanitary and irrigation of the gardens. Former residents have always drunk this water. In the barn, part of the property, is a water tank with 10,000 liters as a reserve. This water could also be used to fill a pool.
