A manor house, with its holiday cottages and outbuildings, farmland and wild boar farm, on entirely enclosed grounds of 107 hectares, between Bordeaux and La Rochelle, in the region of Charentes. Two long drives, one via the north and the other via the east, traverse the property over several hundred metres before arriving at a U-shaped group of buildings, which include a main dwelling and outbuildings. A farmhouse to the south and north create another U-shaped complex of buildings, behind which another edifice and a dovecote are located. In addition, to the west of the main dwelling, a garden extends all the way to the adjacent woods.
