Two flats in a 15th century house classed as a Historic Monument in a town in Brittany with the 'Small town full of character' label. The stature of the house makes it stand out from its neighbours. The ground floor has long been used as a shop. Corner posts on top of granite slabs form the old displays. The building has a rectangular layout, going towards the back. It has four storeys and a long-sided slate roof. The building has a number of wooden features, some of which have also been covered in slate. There are arched windows in the gables. A granite base is visible. Queen Anne of Brittany is said to have stayed here on a visit in 1505. The house is divided into flats and managed as a condominium.
