This château, built in 1890, is part of a 33-hectare estate surrounded by meadows, in a secluded setting with commanding views over the surrounding countryside.

The property is located in Normandy, in the Pays de Bray region, just 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris Ouest, 1 hour 15 minutes from Roissy Charles de Gaulle and 15 minutes from Forges-Les-Eaux (Sncf train station).

The stone and brick main building comprises a 1st floor accessed via a stone porch, a straight first floor and a mansard-roofed second floor, built over a semi-buried basement.
The slate roof, in three pavilions, topped with a zinc terrasson, adorns the façades in a majestic manner.
Inside, the authenticity of the château has been preserved. Oak parquet flooring, mouldings, marble and stucco fireplaces.
The first level houses three beautiful reception rooms in the central section, a kitchen and a library with a monumental fireplace in the two square towers.

In the semi-buried basement, two rooms have been converted into attractive wine cellars.

Away from the main building, the former farm was for a long time used to breed dressage and polo horses. It can accommodate around fifty horses in 47 stalls, as well as stalls, a small sanded riding arena, a round pen, a barn and a hay shed.
Two dwellings have been converted, one in the outbuildings, and another in a detached house facing a rose garden and a large vegetable patch, hidden by walls at the rear of the farm.
Finally, the small house, inevitably at the entrance to the estate, remains an interesting dwelling for the caretaker.
