A dwelling with its listed 12th-century tower, set in a landscaped garden in a medieval town in the Domfrontais region of Normandy. In the center of the city, the residence is accessible from two sides: through a wooden gate on the inner courtyard, facing the Grande-rue, and through its main entrance facing the Grand-place. In the courtyard, there is a barn to be refurbished that stands apart from the main building. Opposite the barn, a recent wooden construction opens to the front. Adjacent to the building, the classified historical monument watchtower dates back to the 13th century and has since lost its arrow slits. A stone staircase allows access to the entrance of the residence and overlooks the garden and its basin, providing an unobstructed view of the valley. The entire property is enclosed by stone walls.
