Leucate is known for surfing and kiting.The nearest larger cities are Narbonne and Perpignan. 1 hour and 20 minutes to Montpellier where Norwegian flies directly in the summer months. Otherwise, you can fly to Barcelona and train/fly via Paris.There are also several options via the Uk to Carcassonne, Perpignan and Beziers.
