Accommodating 12 people, the villa has an area of 200m2 on 2 levels, with independent access.

- A master suite with a 180cm bed, a bathroom with bath, double sinks and toilet, open to the garden.

- Two adjoining bedrooms with 180cm beds, sharing a bathroom with shower and double sink, a toilet, and a terrace with sea view.
- Bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room with toilet.
- Bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room with toilet.

Large green garden in front of the house, with sea and mountain views.
Large swimming pool (15m x 5m) heated, sea view and view of the convent of Erbalunga, with terrace equipped with deckchairs.
Pool house equipped with a dining area, barbecue, with direct access to the pool.
Private and secure parking.
Deposit: 4000 euros to be paid on the day of your arrival and returned at the end of your stay. 
Pets are accepted but subject to the number, and size of these.
Cleaning and linen (towels, bath towels, sheets) included in the rental.
Intermediate cleaning and linen change included for rentals of two weeks.
Possibility of a chef at home, boat rental, and private yoga classes.
Check-in and key collection are done directly at the property.
