In the medieval city of Dinan, a 19th century mansion and its park of more than 1000 m² enclosed by walls. A stone's throw from the centre, this house blends harmoniously into the neighbourhood, dotted with tall 18th and 19th century bourgeois houses. The whole occupies a dominant position with a view of the castle. A low stone wall topped with metal gates and shrub hedges preserve the privacy of the property, both in the inner courtyard to the east and in the vast garden without vis-à-vis to the west. A gate framed by granite pillars marks the only pedestrian and car entrance to the gravelled inner courtyard. Built in the middle of the 19th century. According to the standards of local architecture, the house is a tall granite rubble stone construction two square levels high on a semi-underground basement and under the eaves. With a slate roof, the building is topped by two tall chimney stacks, also made of granite. On the east façade, the entrance is topped by a wooden porch. The frames of the windows are made of cut granite stone, as are those of the dormers in the attic. A stone construction is attached, with a garage and a large attic space above.
