A striking bourgeois residence and its park waiting to be brought back to life in the town of the Duke of Decazes. A landmark in the urban landscape, this former residence of a local grandee stands at the entrance to the town. Accessed via a street that leads to the historic centre, its surroundings are enlivened by a few shops and by the road to Capdenac and Rodez, which features a pedestrian walkway in this part of town. The surrounding terrain, slightly rising towards the building and flat for the other half, separates the residence from other buildings in the vicinity. From the street, the imposing facade with its abundant colourful decor attract the eye. A wrought iron gate, framed by square dressed stone pillars, provides access.
