A 19th century house, with a garden and outbuildings, in a town to the south of the Mayenne department. A set of tall wrought iron gates and a pedestrian gate open off of a square in the town centre into a garden. A central alleyway leads to the house's main entrance porch. Adjoining the perimeter wall on either side of the main gateway, two elegant outbuildings, constructed from brick, freestone and rendered quarry stone blocks, flank the garden. An extension to the rear of the house communicates with two workshops and a little courtyard with a well.
