A traditional Breton house with a 153m floor area and a 1, 630m garden, near beaches and the port town of Combrit Sainte-Marine in the south of Brittany's Finistre department. Built in the 1970s and facing east-west, the house is located in the middle of a sub-dividable lot of nearly 1, 630 m on a calm no-through street, which is accessible from the nearby public roads to the east and south. With a landscaped garden planted with trees and lined with hedges, the house itself has a white plaster-coated exterior and a gabled roof covered in thick traditional slate. In addition, three hipped dormer windows punctuate the roof's eastern slope and a wide shed dormer window encompasses three windows to the west, while two broad chimneys are located on each of the house's gable ends.
