Built a hundred years ago, with typical features from that period, this village house has kept its character and added a few more modern comforts. The entrance gate and impressive stone steps leading to the interior set the tone : the front door opens into a long tiled corridor which leads to the garden at the rear, and on one side are the kitchen and the dining room (connected by double doors), and on the other, a salon, plus bathroom and Wc. Upstairs is another corridor, this time with parquet flooring, giving access to three large bedrooms and one small one (which might be turned into another bathroom). Above is an attic space, and below the living area are a laundry, a cellar, a workshop and a boiler room. Next to them the garage whose upper level connects directly with the kitchen.   Behind the house is a small garden, while the front courtyard, now paved over, was once, we would guess, planted with trees and shrubs to give the necessary separation from the village street. Much period charm, with the pretty patterned floor-tiles and neat fireplaces. One can move straight into this house, but in the medium term some energy-saving improvements might be made, since the village has mains gas to which this house is not yet connected.
