Behind it is the salon with beautiful natural stone details, with a rich history. The centrally located hall with monumental stone staircase is a feast for the eyes.

Under a part of the building are the vaulted cellars, with the entrances of subterranean escape corridors, which used to connect the château with that of the village of Ouge and to the now dilapidated abbey of Montigny-les-Cherlieu. 
The domain has its own gravelled driveway with monumental columns at the entrance, but there is also a paved road to the domain.
The town of Jussey with all shopping facilities is about 12 km away. The fortified town of Langres at 35km.
