In a town in the Haut-Anjou region, a 19th century mansion with outbuildings surrounded by its walled park. A large wrought iron gate gives access to the landscaped courtyard at the front of the mansion. It is bordered on one side by high walls and on the other by an outbuilding used as a garage. The latter is connected to the house by a staircase. To the rear, on the south side, a large garden with a barn and a shed is fully walled.
